GARNISHMENT - A type of support regulating technique which the payment of support is deducted from the supporter’s paycheck and automatically presented to the spouse. 

GOOD FAITH - The lack of intent of one to commit fraud.
 
GOODWILL - The total value of a business, it extends beyond the market value of assets, and includes prestige, reputation, and company name.
 
GROUNDS - a legal basis for a divorce.
 
GUARDIAN AD LITEM - A trained social worker or counselor who is appointed by the court to represent the non- legal interests of a minor child during a divorce.
