NO-FAULT DIVORCE - Category of divorce that is granted even in the case of no marital misconduct. 

NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT - Parent that does not have the right to physical custody, although this parent may still be required to pay child support.
 
NON-MARITAL PROPERTY - Property that the court decides doesn’t belong to both spouses, therefore it is not accounted for in an equitable distribution.
 
NULLITY - Ruling that indicates that a marriage is null and void.
