VALUATION PROCESS - System used to give an answer to a clients real property value questions.

VENUE - The county in that the court has jurisdiction to hear a certain matter. 
 
VERIFICATION STATEMENT - When someone states that all information in a document is true, this is legally sealed with an oath. 
 
VISITATION - The right of the non-custodial parent to see their child.
 
VISITATION CREDIT - The certain percentage that is added to a child support calculation, applied according to the amount of time that the child lives with the non-custodial parent.
 
VISITATION SCHEDULE - Calendar of specific dates and times each parent can see the child.
