WAGE ASSIGNMENT OR WAGE WITHHOLDING - A court order which requires the employer of a non-custodial parent to withhold a specific amount of money from said parent’s paychecks, which will then be used for child support. 

WAIVER -  A document that states an individual is giving up certain rights. 

WITNESS - A person who possesses knowledge or facts as they pertain to a specific situation.

WRIT OF EXECUTION - In the case of a non-custodial parent who owes past child support the court may order this which would authorize the seizure of their assets up to the total amount of overdue child support owed.
