  • Child support in NY

    Question:

We are above average wage earners, my wife, the likely custodial parent makes 250,000 while I earn 240,000 per year. We have 2 children 7 and 4 years old. We live in a district with an excellent public school system. What is a my fair share share of child support? I understand that beyond 25% of 80,000, the judge has discretion. What is typical? Thankyou.
