You are probably still very legally married since the name difference does not substantially alter your existing marriage. It might represent a name "mistake" on the certificate to some, while others may construe it as fraud if the misrepresentation resulted in some sort of gain through deception. It really is not enough of a problem to qualify for an annulment though. In order to obtain an annulment in Pennsylvania, bigamy, incest, mental illness or serious physical disabilities must be present. An alias is somewhat less egregious.
