Question: 

I've been divorced 2.5years and I'm getting remarried again. I'm paying child support on my first kid. Can the court system put my income and my wife to-be's income - together and increase the child support? Or if we make a prenuptial agreement can the court system touch my income?

A prenuptial agreement will not affect the amount of child support you pay on the prior marriage and child. That agreement will only affect the second marriage. If the court views the amount of child support you are paying on your first child to be less than what that child actually needs in the way of support, your ex could ask for a modification if your income or assets significantly change for the better due to the new marriage. - The Divorce.com Team
