who gets what

Question:

I left my husband and moved out of our house. We bought it approx. 13yrs ago. He seems to think it is now his only. Along with our car and other belongings. We've been married for 16yrs. I told him half of everything also belongs to me. Is he right? Did I give up my ownership of my previous life because I left him? (PA)

State:
Pennsylvania
