Substance Abuse

Me And my husband been married for 6yrs.It started going bad about the 4yr, In the relationship.Not wanting to keep a job.Wanting to put all his problems in to drinking,drug use. I say that was to much for me to have to deal with.

My wife has been in jail and is a convicted drug felon and she got my son with a dvp that was untrue now my son is with her and I'm trying to get full custody of him and i don't feel he his safe what should i do?
