Domestic Abuse

i have a friend in fla whose trying to get divorced from her husband hes very abusive mentally and physically in the past she has an apartment she can move into next week but hes told her if she leaves hell kill her and her kids he also has several felonies pending from a few months ago is there any suggestions on what she can do she is so scared to leave, but knows she cant keep livong like this

I have been separated for 1.5 yrs. My ex is dragging it out to get support. Can I get the divorce decreed prior to the property settlement. I would like to file as single this year as he committed tax fraud last year and I am going to have to deal with an audit because we are still 'officially' married. I filed no fault despite the fact he was abusive. Can I change this to fault and if so will it speed the procedeedings. Thankyou for the help

Me And my husband been married for 6yrs.It started going bad about the 4yr, In the relationship.Not wanting to keep a job.Wanting to put all his problems in to drinking,drug use. I say that was to much for me to have to deal with.
